NIW RFE help

For experts who have been through NIW RFE:

It seems to me that no matter how diffeernt RFE letter is, everybody gets one point to prove:

Evidence shows that the national interest would be adversely affected if a LC were required.

Actually this point is quite general, and I wonder if other points (like paper, reference, citation....) are supported means that this point will be automatically supported. OR do I need to have a seperate argument for this point again? Since many evidence used are repetitive. Many thanks!
