這是140/485 concurrent filling嗎?

律師告訴我先file 140,拿到收據再file 485.我問這是concurrent filing嗎?他告訴我是。我不知道這和140/485一起交上去有什麽不同？律師說是為了不引起混亂。誰能給說說嗎？總覺得怪怪的
