I just got a receipt for my 485 petition. There is a receipt number and A number.
But I can't add this receipt number on my portfolio. So I can't inquire my case online.
I had called customer service center. They told me something always wrong on their net.They ask me to wait patiently. But my wife and daughter's numbers works.
Has somebody met the same problem? How to deal with it?
