I called CIS many times, and it seems to me that CIS has an internal system where CIS officers can access my case with no problem. But the system for CIS representatives and us is ofent problem-prone. The good news is it is not the key as long as they have all our info in their internal system.
So you might want to call the 800 number and make sure they have all your info/files in their internal system, which is, as far as GC application is concerned, the key to us.
