要遞140+485，兩人的，請教

我是H1B,老公是H4,我們準備一起遞交140+485，老公要申請EAD但不想申請AP,可以隻申請EAD嗎？我可以不申請EAD和AP嗎？還是我們必須都申請？這幾天忙得暈頭轉向，好糊塗！請您幫忙解答一下，謝謝！
