Better way to quit a postdoc

各位高人

小弟麵臨一個難題. 我現在一猶太PI下做POSTDOC,目前為第三年開始,原定三年,但由於課題進展情況,目前已接近結束.該老板要求我申請後年的GRANT,也就是說是第四年的經費. 老實說,我是絕對不想再幹下去.如果我申請,並得到這筆錢,那就不好走了.我已經開始找新的工作,目前還要等幾個月. 是現在就告訴他我準備明年結束在他LAB的工作, 還是先申請經費,等拿到OFFER再說.不過我BOSS人很差(這是我不想再幹下去的原因),突然告訴他我要走,他肯定會為難我.(至少他會BLAME我浪費申請機會,和別的老板的推薦).但有的同事又說告的太早也會有麻煩.

特請教有經驗的朋友該如何是好???
