我是99%, 我為什麽離開中國

When I came to the United States 10 years ago at age 25, I had nothing except a $5000 loan to my parents. I was the poorest 1%. By the way, I spoke no English at all that time.

When I graduated 5 years ago, I got a job and earned $78,000 a year, I was the 99%, I spoke broken English.

Now, I got more than 50 properties, almost all bought using cash (only 4 with loans). I can collect $47,000+ rent every month. Besides, I still have my job which pays more $128,000 yearly. I guess I'm the top 1%. By the way, I'm still speaking broken English.

So based on my experience, I don't understand what those people complaining about. I have so many tenants who are all 99%. They are all happy because they live the life they chose. Same applied to me: I live the life I chose.
