If your wife does not work, 1.1 mio HK cannot provide you an equivalent life quality in north America.

The biggest benefit, you can hire a worker for a very cheap price (relative to north America). Everything related to labor (facial, massage, salon) are cheaper.

Everything else are far more expensive.
