we project what we do not know into mystery creatures. in order to control fate. we just need to pray. we stay foolish and miserable. and assume other's control us.

Gene is more conscious. as we analysis genes. it open up our knowledge. in the future we may do something about it.

in Buddhism the ultimate goal is to be conscious.
