napa cabbage 是什麽菜？ snow peas 呢？ sunflower sprouts 上那買？

是這樣的：本人沒出息，去了土國，沒管住嘴，吃的巨多，目前正在減肥。今天健身房裏美國來的瑜伽老師好心借給了一本減肥書，說是非常有效，她就用這個減的，讓我也試試。拿來一看，英文的，有的菜名我google了一下也沒查出明堂來，那位指點一下，給掃掃盲？
