Business Media China Betrug in Chinesischer Tochtergesellschaft aufgedeckt

Stuttgart (aktiencheck.de AG) - Ein groß angelegter Betrugsfall ist bei der BMC Advertising Co., Ltd., einer 100%igen Tochtergesellschaft der Business Media China AG (ISIN DE0005250401 / WKN 525040), aufgedeckt worden.

Seit geraumer Zeit haben vermutlich mehrere führende Mitarbeiter der BMC Advertising sowie andere Personen in erheblichem Umfang das Unternehmen geschädigt. Die Staatsanwaltschaft für Wirtschaftskriminalität in Beijing hat ein Ermittlungsverfahren eingeleitet. Die BMC AG wird zur vollständigen Aufklärung eng mit den chinesischen Behörden zusammenarbeiten. Darüber hinaus werden gegen die Verantwortlichen dieses Betrugsfalles zivilrechtliche Schritte eingeleitet mit dem Ziel, die hinterzogenen Gelder an die BMC zurückzuführen.
