說實在，在上海我沒有住過三代同堂的房子，盡管過去上海房子一直很緊張，

自從我出生，我們過去一直住在 Rheinhaus，花園，陽台都有，應該比在德國的 Rheinhaus 還要牛-B 一點，大一倍左右，老爸過去在上海灘上，還是有點花頭的，。。。。。。。。
所以，盡管我過去在科學院，一直有為科技人員房子分配，其他社會上的人要結婚沒有房子，但是在科學院，不論上海人，還是外地人，都有房子分配，地區都在徐匯區，or 淮海路，陝西路，廣元路，襄陽路，紫陽路，天涯橋路，。。。。。。。
可我父母和我因為有比較大的私房，一直到我自費出國也沒有分配到一個平方，這個事情，我是一直不開心的，我同樣工作，同樣工資，同樣是福利，我為啥得不到？我的房子隻是父母的，而其他人卻欣慰得到，
因為很多科技人員得到房子以後，以後科學院就以幾千元，最多一萬元就買給了他們作為私有財產，並且還一直增配房子(級別升高，孩子大了，孩子要結婚等什麽的理由)，現在這些房子都很值錢，有的人有2，-3套房子，每個都相當於 100，-250萬。出租也很可觀，他們真是發財了，。。。

後來90年代中期，上海要擴展擴建，造高房子，我們的房子，地皮才被迫拆遷的，就這樣從我們上海人幾乎變成了鄉下人，而那些有錢的浙江外地人成為上海人了，。。。。

有感而已。
