Tuniq Tower 120 with a custom fan or ZEROtherm Nirvana will probably work, otherwise there is always the overpriced TRUE 120.

If you want 3.2~3.3G, Q6600 will do and it's $100 cheaper. You won't feel the difference of smaller L2 Cache at all.
