Event Description:
This will be the first introduction session to a simple and practical way of meditation.
This is an ancient Chinese practice that can lead practitioners to a much quieter and profound place beyond the thoughts. A place where your thought-created problems dissolve, and your stress-created physical discomfort disappears.
Throughout this session, there will be specific practices and key instructions that show you how to quiet your thoughts and gradually discover the natural power of a peaceful mind.
Our speaker is Xiaoyang Guo, who has over 33 years of meditation experience with extensive knowledge on this subject.
