It's rarely the changes that you want in life that change everything …

it can sprint from heaven to hell - and from agony to ecstasy - in a matter of seconds. 
You only ever need a "reason" to be sad (you don’t need a “reason” to be happy) and so ultimately life is not a matter of chance... 
...it is a matter of choice. 
And the happiest people make the best choices*.
