米爾,急問關於新月許願時間，我算的對嗎？可那時沒有月亮呀？

我根據北京時間晚10：38，換算成我這的時間是上午8：38（美山地時間）。我算的對嗎？如果我這時許願，沒有月亮呀？還是我理解錯了？
