請問 RothIRA withdraw 的時候選錯了

請問我的RothIRA contribution money 是after tax， 剛才withdraw 的時候選錯了，選了withdraw federal tax 10%.

請問這個錢在退稅的時候能退回來嗎？ 是有個1099 表嗎， 填1040哪裏？

 

還有個辦法就是cancel 上麵操作 。
