我得到這樣的答複：Cosmos Fund will acquire SpaceX exposure at a price the Manager believes to be reasonable after the offering closes.  In the event the Manager is unable to find SpaceX at a price it believes to be reasonable then Cosmos Fund will return money to investors. 

等於什麽都沒說。假設目前估值還是你說的420B，是不是太貴了不值得買？畢竟股市上也有不少好公司可以投資。
