Until Nasdaq confirms its downstrend, I am not selling any core portfolio such as PLTR, NVDA, TSLA, META, etc. But I have closed almost all short term trade positions (this include NVDL), and buying put hedge to protect my portfolio.
If, after election, Nasdaq resumes uptrend, I will just lose those hedge premium, but will then put money back to short term trade.
However, if Nasdaq confirms downtrend after election, i will continue to roll my put hedge to lower strike points to provide the hedge. The goal is to do whatever is necessary to avoid selling long term hold positions.
