地區銀行，目前ETF，KRE幾乎在一年最高點 ， 但事實是

 New York Community Bancorp (NYCB) reported $623 million in revenue for the quarter ended September 2024, representing a year-over-year decline of 40.2%. EPS of -$0.69 for the same period compares to $1.08 a year ago.  這才是真實的地區銀行的現狀。 它在 New York， 其他的就可想而知。
