Let's look at Tesla chart

In this chart, Tsla clearly and affirmatively breakthrough on its first 30 min box, so I would then turn on the FVG indicator. 

With FVG, you want to track the 15 min chart and do NOT sell your stock until you see the first bearish FVG (which will show up as red).

In Tesla's case, all FVG are bullish (shown as green) so you just keep enjoy the ride
