Actually, just read news a bit more, this is HUMN speicific

One of their government contract, with 45% of Humana members in it, was downgraded from 4.5 star to 3.5 star.

As the resut, in 2025, only 24% its members will be in 4 star or higher plan, vs 94% in 2024.

A lower star contract measn less revenue for Humana. I think this is Humana specific issue, as they F'up on contract with government
