After close, SMCI reported earnings. EPS disappointed, revenue in line, marGIN came down.
The q1 and 25 revenue guidance above the consensue. That may be good. But the consensue reflect a big deceleration of revenue growht. The slope of growth curve is becoming negative now. Therefore, I could not bet the price will come back big time.
in short, it is still a fast growth company, buth the super fast growth stage is behind us. Maybe the growht story changed from super fast to fast.
Any read through for AI? I would guess, AI infrustruture investment may see the same story--from super fast to fast growth.
But still grow fast.
