請問 etrade 投資賬號裏的閑置現金有 interest 收入嗎？

從網站看，APY 很低，https://us.etrade.com/l/options-uninvested-cash/sweep-rates，不到 0.05%

是不是應該把錢轉到 Fidelity 或者 IB 之類？
