Once you bought treasury, your assets is insuranced by Securities Investor Protection Corporation (SIPC) up to $500,000, in case Fidelity goes bankrupt and assets are missing.  all no-missing assets is still yours.

As far as Treasury's risk itself, it is guarantted by US government, which is rated as AA+
