分享用ETrade platform遇到的問題 不知朋友們有無如下trading經曆:

1, Orders often being locked as 'pending', Can not cancel or make any changes, often on Fridays or Mondays.  

2,   If filled, ETrade does Not put the stocks/options into the positions (for minutes or hours) - hard to day-trade quickly. .

3,   Can not trade certain stocks/ETFs on some days,  always telling you to call customer services. Very frustrating

4,  Wrong option assignments: I sold 4 covered calls with a $435 strike price expiring on Friday 9/29/2023. NVDA closed at $434.99 on 9/29/23 and options expired. Was happy that I could keep my 400 NVDA shares.  Only to be surprised 3 days later on Mon 10/2/2023 that they ALL disappeared from my account. What's worse was that I could not find any records in the transaction history or order/activity logs in Power ETrade. Had to call and was told ETrade called/assigned all my 400 shares away on Mon 10/2/2023 (knowing NVDA was going up and NVDA shot to about $452 that day 10/2/2023).  Can they do that (AFTER the option already expired 3 days ago on Fri)? ManipulatIon/legal? If not, what can be done? Better trading platform you'd recommend to move to?
