被Charles Schwab 新聞嚇怕了， 要把IRA帳號從TD Ameritrade 轉到其他家，哪家好？

TD Ameritrade 講五月份要都轉到Charles Schwab, 嚇壞了，

可以股票對股票轉，還是隻能所有股票賣幹淨成現錢，再轉？
