third,investors in the banks will not be protected,

they knowingly took the risk and when the risk didn't pay off. investors lose their money 

that how captitalism works ...

 

問題是，如果你從矽穀銀行的季度報表上，也一定看不出它有問題，因為出季報前後根本沒跌。。。所以，三兩天跌沒了，全是投資者的活該的錯。。。
