to whom this may concern,
I have contacted Apple support and they also had observed the similar page content shifting when they shared my iPad screen with them. They had tried to clear up my iPad cookies,..,etc. Well, it has not helped the situation at all. My IOS is most up todate. The same problem is also experienced with Google Chrome as my search engine, not just Safari.
