Web page reload and jumping

To whom this may concern,

Re: web page content keeps jumping and shifting.

I have been experiencing difficulty of reading the details of your web page for quite awhile already. web page gets reloaded because of unknown reason, as reported by the search engine ( in my case , I am reading your web page via iPad). It is nearly quite impossible to read through anything due to the fact that the page contents keep jumping and shifting!  I wonder if any of your other website visitors experiencing the similar problems as I have had. Is this my iPad problem or is this your software problem?
