有沒有人能推薦好的 Albuquerque NM 的painter， floor， drywall people?

Tenants ran away. He changed some rooms from carpet to hard woods but some rooms still in carpet. bathroom subfloor exposed. a lot of punch holes in dry walls. 

Thumbtack and hoa referral want whole house renovation project (rip "old" hard wood and start over but to me the condition is ok for rental).
