說是樓下的兩個2室一衛各租$1800(我覺得合理),樓上的兩個三室兩衛各租$2800, 我剛覺有點懸。要是自己蓋同樣的價錢能蓋出來嗎?自己蓋必須能便宜很多才行,比如130萬以下,否則時間成本算上去也不值了。
