Big furniture is usually delivered by UPS or FedEx Freight

With tracking number showing delivery date, the driver will call you to inform you of EAT, so you won't wait 3 days, but at most a half day.

I am selling merchandises online, so I knew how to ship to customers, I use UPS or FedEx ground for packages under 60lbs while use Freight to ship oversize boxes that the truck has gate lift to unload at destination. 

Please report shipping damage asap so seller can claim damage and send you replacement.
