請問不想讓房產公司給我管理出租房了

他們問May I ask why you’re looking to cancel services with us? 

怎回答比較好？ 可否說我們有了潛在的買家？ （實際上是因為他們什麽都不幹 每個月從我這裏白拿一筆錢） 我覺得和我自己管理沒什麽區別
