I hope you’re well. I’m writing to let you know that I’ve discovered mold growing in my home at 19XX apt , specifically in the bedroom on the wall near the window and in my closet?
The mold appears to be spreading and may be affecting the air quality in the unit. I’m especially concerned because I live here with my children, and mold exposure can cause serious health issues.
Under California law (Civil Code §1941.1 and Health Safety Code §17920.3), landlords must maintain the property in a habitable condition, which includes repairing leaks and addressing visible mold that may affect health and safety.
Please send a qualified professional to inspect and fix the source of the moisture and remove the mold as soon as possible. I would appreciate written confirmation of when this will be done.
Attached the photos and video of the affected areas. Please treat this as an urgent matter for the safety of my family.

然後我回，黴菌影響健康，很重要的問題，你能不能找到房子馬上搬走？
人家就跟我急了，說人會住在裏麵forever，
要我馬上派專業人員過去，不然明天就是rent board。
我直接回，If you like please do so.
那人直接打電話過來，blah，blah，blah
說他人nice，別人對他好，他就很nice，
別人對他不好，他就馬上能給厲害的意思。
我說我明白了，但不喜歡，有威脅的意思。
你得讓我講開，聽著，我們平等，有問題解決。
我現在在西班牙旅行，等我回家後，我來看看黴菌的情況，
他那邊說，老房子，他在這一帶住了很多年，黴菌是常見的事，
我問你有其它地方住嗎？他說有表兄弟在附近。
接著說在自己處理，我說不好，你知道怎麽做嗎？
他說要知道我在旅行就不會告訴我，跟我sorry，打擾我了。
我繼續說你記得戴N95啊，他就掛了電話。
我挺滿意的，回頭看RM，因為開著speaker的電話，
剛想得意一番，人家皺著大眉，仿佛天大的麻煩事呢，
我就掃興地閉嘴了
回來後，第二天就要去看，他說問題解決了，可我說服他要讓我知道原因，一定要看。
因為我堵車到晚了，他要接小孩，
我先去看其它租客，後來等他，
就去吃了晚飯，再等，最後見到他漂亮老婆和二小孩。
其實很簡單的問題，我跟他老婆講了，
第二天又text他，
“Avoid putting furniture up against the wall. If possible don’t put large items of furniture against external walls, but if the layout of your room doesn’t give you the option, allowing a two-inch gap between the back of the furniture and the wall should leave enough room for air to circulate.”
