買房不順,幾個月也沒買到合適的,有點沮喪。這個房不是最理想,但也準備接受了。沒想到房檢發現下麵的問題,讓人不知道怎麽辦。是讓賣家修,還是幹脆撤了。
The basement foundation walls showed signs of elevated moisture content found on multiple locations. The area was dry to the touch at time of inspection, however, were confirmed with the use of a moisture meter and/or infrared thermal imaging camera that water intrusion is occurring and may likely continue to occur if not immediately addressed. It was not clear at time of inspection whether water intrusion has ceased so all suspect areas should be closely monitored and a foundation repair company consulted if active water intrusion is observed.
房子是1990年建的,裏麵維護一般,是老人家住著。Inspector說應該是院子裏對應的地方grading 不好造成的。但他也不打保票,說話很謹慎,讓人著急。
請大家幫忙分析一下,這個是deal breaker嗎。房子是正常價格 ,在比較貴的小區。Inpsector 把這個item列在需要repair 的list裏。我可以發給seller要求修補。但如果是嚴重的問題,我是不是walk away算了。最怕聽到foundation出問題了。
