租房市場不好，這對租客行嗎？

男女一對，好像沒結婚，各自一個孩子，白人，信用分男的剛過要求630多）,女的五百多。最早還不相信我的中介，一定要和房主通話。沒理他們後幾天又回來了，還是要租，然後說押金隻能先付一半，住進去之後再付一半。。。

一個townhouse, 地點不差，但社區中下。房子在市場上放了22天，開始也沒流量，後來付了Zillow promotion 好點。

我考慮租了，不然白付月供。
