急問：（圖片）浴室冷水開關還在漏水，如何修？這個工具叫什麽？

我的老中handyman換了新開關因為原來的太老舊 （圖片已經是新開關），但還是漏水關不緊。他向一個有經驗的人打聽了一下，人家說是要用一個什麽工具伸到裏麵去（圖中圈的地方），要連裏麵一個什麽東西也換掉才行。他不會英文，所以也不知道這個工具叫什麽，所以我也沒法去網上訂。

請問這個工具因為叫什麽？一般的handyman修不了的話，該找誰？Plumber嗎？ 謝謝
