後門門框和地板漏水損壞，PM報價 $1250 + $6,400，是否需要整片更換?

大家好，想請教一下關於後門漏水造成的門框和木地板損壞維修的問題。下麵附上幾張現場照片

PM給的報價：

Back door repair - $1250 "Repair water-damaged trim on both sides of the back door and paint to match. Replace water water-damaged threshold on the back door? Replace water water-damaged door jamb and brick mold on the exterior of the back door, and paint to match. Install a water shield on the roof to redirect water off of back door frame."

另外還有地板的更換報價（總價約 $6,400 - 參考圖片）：

• 拆除 654 sqft 的地板 ~$2500

• 全部更換為 LVP（含材料人工1/4 圓邊收口等）~$3600

我的疑問：

1. 這樣的整體報價是否合理？

2. 是否有必要把客廳和廚房連到後門這一大片地板都換掉？還是可以隻做後門附近的局部修補（spot repair），然後盡量匹配顏色？

3. 有沒有更經濟實用的處理方式？
