求問，房坦哪位有經驗的前輩能幫忙看看，

去年沒有工作，考了房產執照，不過沒來得及掛靠，現在報稅想claim 750小時的professional，自己有兩個出租房，擔心湊不夠750小時，請問除此之外自己看投資房的時間可以加進去嗎？我能想到的就是出租房的管理，維修，招租等等，請問還有什麽可以加750小時的嗎？多謝
