The invoice should have
(1) address showing your rental property.
(2) description of work done, such as "tree cutting", cannot be blannk.
(3) price quoted or money received.
Essentially you have to show the money is spent on some work at your rental property.
No need for 1099 if you are not running a business (determined by the number of units you rent out, whether you have company office, whether you run a LLC or not etc. factors) If you have under 10 units owned personally by your family, it probably won't be a business.
