請教大家看看這個主臥可以split 出另一個臥室嗎

換自住房，看到一個房子,各方麵都不錯，就是二樓隻有三個臥室（主臥加兩個客臥），一樓有個書房，地下室裝修了，有一個帶bathroom 的臥室。我們家一娃，樓上三個臥室足夠用了. 就是有點擔心resale. 我們這裏的房子大部分都是二樓有四個臥室。想請大家看看二樓的結構圖，這個主臥能隔成兩個臥室嗎。主臥挺大的，衣帽間就很大，我感覺衣帽間可以想辦法隔成一個臥室。大家看看可行嗎。
