22年底和23初和partner 買了20個門。其中三個需要修，做了BRRRR.

剩下的17個沒有大修，但是得益於市場火熱，房子升值30%以上，我接手以後租金上漲了60%。今天終於close refi. 除了把前期買的錢都拿回來了，還多拿回來了好幾萬。

17門做到了free run. It is a Big Beautiful BRRRR.
