請問一下大家這個是Wear and Tear嗎? 要收我 三百塊左右來修這個東西 可是住在

請問大家，這種情況算是正常的“自然損耗”（wear and tear）嗎？
我的大樓住了大概四年，現在他們要收我大約三百塊來修這個東西。我覺得這應該屬於正常使用下的損耗。

但我跟他們反映後，他們卻說可能是我用了什麽強烈的清潔劑，或者把洗手間弄得太濕，才導致這個問題。

大家覺得這個說法合理嗎？
