請問大家,這種情況算是正常的“自然損耗”(wear and tear)嗎?
我的大樓住了大概四年,現在他們要收我大約三百塊來修這個東西。我覺得這應該屬於正常使用下的損耗。
但我跟他們反映後,他們卻說可能是我用了什麽強烈的清潔劑,或者把洗手間弄得太濕,才導致這個問題。
大家覺得這個說法合理嗎?

我自己也是landlord ,這種小東西我平常就自己換一下修一下,從來不扣tenant的押金 所以才到這裏來問一下 如果
