I am unable to accept your water heater inspection. You sent the same document with a written in date. There is no one to verify if that is a current or old document. We also cannot accept it because:
The water heater invoice is not detailed enough as it does not provide detailed information on what was serviced, including but not limited to:
Flush condensate line
Inspect water heater for leaks or signs of corrosion
Flush and drain tank to remove sediment buildup (for tank water heaters)
Inspect and test temperature and pressure relief (TPR) valve (if applicable)
Check and adjust thermostat settings
Inspect electrical components and wiring (for electric water heaters)
Inspect gas lines and burner assembly (for gas water heaters)
Check for proper ventilation and clear obstructions (for gas units)
Inspect and clean anode rod (if applicable)
Check and test water pressure levels
Verify proper function of expansion tank
As a result this inspection is still outstanding. All other documentation has been accepted and logged.
