Housing 將批準的$3200 租金降回$2700

housing 批準漲到 $3200，lease 都簽了，突然告知隻能漲到$2700， case manager 讀housing rent review 發來的漲租通知看錯了。跟rent review team 聯係了，說同一棟樓其他相同bedroom 的房型租金是$2700，所以隻能漲到這個數字，雖然我申請的$3200在他們的租金範圍內。大家有什麽招嗎？還是隻能接受，租客本人挺不錯的
