休斯頓Katy買出租房，很方便的地方，但flood risk 6/10. Harris county,

房子在2001年以來沒有flooded，ai說如果during harvey 沒有被flood是good sign. Katy nowhere is safe. 這房子其它方麵都符合我的標準了，就這一樣有點concern.

有katy的朋友嗎？能分享一下這個洪水猛獸嗎？謝謝！
