try this.

your drive way is not too bad, if you only have a few locations with no more than a few square foot each.

get a hard metal brush to remove all loose bits in the depressions. then fill with drive way patch 

pound down to flat surface, and apply two coats of regular driveway seal.  You can still see where you make the repair even after two coats, but it' way cheaper than replace the driveway.
