哎，又有storm damage 了。 租客說，天花板漏水了，我以為是一個地方而已，結果他發視頻嚇我一跳，客廳就好幾個地方。 找了3個roofer, 兩個說整個房頂換掉，一個說可以先把被風吹掉的哪一條線排shingles 換掉看看，開價800刀左右。 換整個房頂我的自付部分是2600刀。 獨立屋，1500 英尺大小，整個屋頂換估計8000-10000刀左右。代理告訴我，理賠後對我這個房子今後保費有影響，別的房子沒有影響。大家給點建議。
