有個申請人信用分701, 但好幾個closed accounts. Closed accounts 有好多餘額

這些餘額是student loan payment deferred. 我查了一下，student loan 好像不影響credit score. 1)不知道這個score 可不可靠 2)奇怪為什麽有餘額還能close account.

是通過Zillow 申請的。
